Dr. Nadia Vargas was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, where she grew up surrounded by her dogs, cats, and horses. She completed her Veterinary degree at La UNAM in Mexico and pursued her externship at the University of Tennessee. After that, she completed her Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine and equine internship at Liege University in Belgium.
Dr. Vargas began her career at Warner Avenue Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician and later fulfilled her dream of becoming a licensed veterinarian in California. Realizing her dream of becoming a vet, she serves the community with a special interest in caring for dogs, cats, and horses.
In her free time, Dr. Vargas enjoys cycling and lifting heavy weights at CrossFit. In the office, she is dedicated to providing the best care for all beloved pets, and looks forward to serving your furry family member.
